I planted German Camomile in this spring. Now, They have many flowers.
When center of flower(yellow bit) gets taller, you can harvest camomile flowers.
This is some of flowers we picked up.
I dried flower for a couple of day in breezy shady spot. It’s ready for tea.
I also made tea from fresh camomile and fresh mint.
I needed to put more camomile flower, It was little bit too subtle flavor.
