We climbed up at the top of this lovely mountain. Its the same one with Tadao Ando’s museum of natural forest near the bottom. Here are some mountain photos by Junichi.

There are lots of shrines on this mountain. We did some praying.
Its a very tall mountain, maybe about 750m above sea level. There aren’t many breaks in the trees, but when there is it looks like this:
I pride myself on finding very good picnic spots. Eating bagel from ‘hug bagel’
On the way down the mountain (in the car) we stopped at this cute viewpoint park/picnic area.

There was an affectionate cat up there too. She had some little kittens we met later.
