Last week we went camping at a site called Cotton Field in Kamiyama, in Tokushima Prefecture on Shikoku. We were the only guests it was great! There is an onsen just on the other side of the river and down a bit. The owners were really friendly.
This funny building is called the “river library” and it is a little fun house accessible by rope ladder from the riverbank or door.
It has a roof deck that you get to by using this pully train system.
The river was full of tadpoles, fish and dragonflies.
They have 2 geodesic domes. One is rentable and the other is reception. They als0 have cottages for rent if you dont have a tent or just want a roof!
