中津渓谷 This was the most clear beautiful water. Right in the middle of the central mountains of shikoku, a little to the west. We came by car but coaches also come here.
This man works in the bbq restaurant at the main carpark. He gave us a run down of the places to go in the area (pointing at the map with stick) he is a very funny guy.

when you go through the tunnel you reach this section of water and it looks all the more miraculous as your eyes got used to the dark.
We really wanted to swim in the water but it wasnt quite hot enough. next time, we’ll come proper summer!
